Three-Year Limited Warranty

Geeke warrants its phone cases against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original purchase date. This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects affecting the normal function of the case are covered. Normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents and damage to devices or other property are not covered.

Support requests

Please retain your proof of purchase and contact Geeke@sppet.com with the product name, purchase channel, purchase date and a description of the issue. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
